Gender equality

Equality between men and women is a principal foundation of the Groupe, and remains an objective to be pursued. A voluntary approach towards internal diversity of our teams is permanent, it involves being vigilant against all forms of discrimination. Publicis Groupe is the owner of the Women’s Forum for the Society and the Economy, fighting with its business partners for gender equity and illustrating women and girls contribution to the society.
