    Comparative analysis of the remuneration of women to men is ongoing, thanks to the deployment of “Job grading” on a country by country basis, allowing for a more homogenous reading of posts and functions. This work is driven by the Secretary General, along with Compensation & Benefit teams & CTOs. The Groupe remains vigilant towards the question of gender equality. If disparities appear, it is the responsibility of local management to take the necessary remedial actions.
