The Groupe’s employees are the engine of the company, and each of its agencies: the challenge is to cultivate diverse profiles and offer equal opportunities for development, in order to provide an enriching career path to everyone. The method to calculate the staff turnover rate was revised in 2015. It is now equal to the cumulative number of voluntary departures for the year, from employees with a permanent contract, divided by the average annual number of employees with a permanent contract. There may be significant disparities between agencies, and most notably, between countries. The turnover rate is also impacted by the development of digital activities, for which the turnover is higher.
